Hebei Juen Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd.Was founded in 2008 in Anping County, Hebei Province, known globally as the hometown of wire mesh.What began as a small family operation with two manual perforating machines has grown into a modern integrated manufacturer.In 2012, we registered the company and built our first dedicated workshop.By 2016, we added expanded metal lines and wire weaving looms.A major expansion in 2020 brought our factory to 8,000 square meters, equipped with CNC punching presses, automatic welding lines, and a powder coating system.In 2022, we established a dedicated export team and began selling directly to overseas buyers.Today, we employ 85 people including 14 engineers and QC specialists, and we have successfully transitioned from a local supplier to a trusted international brand.
Business Scope
We manufacture and export six main product families:
1.Perforated metal sheets - materials:Carbon steel, stainless steel (304, 316, 316L, 430, 310), aluminum, galvanized steel, copper, brass.Hole patterns:Round, square, slotted, hexagonal, custom decorative.Thickness:0.3mm to 12mm.Sheet size up to 2000mm X 6000mm.
2.Anti-slip checker plates - raised perforated diamond pattern, expanded metal (raised or flattened), and studded types.Ideal for industrial walkways, stair treads, ramps, and marine platforms.
3.Corner bead / corner angle mesh - for plastering, drywall, and stucco corners.Available in electro-galvanized, hot-DIP galvanized, stainless steel, and PVC coated.Lengths:2.0m, 2.4m, 3.0m.Wing widths:25mm to 50mm.
4.Stainless steel woven wire mesh - plain weave, twill weave, Dutch weave.Mesh count from 1X1 to 500X500.Wire diameter from 0.025mm to 6.0mm.Grades 304, 316, 316L, 310, 430.
5.Expanded metal mesh - standard raised diamond and flattened types.Strand thickness:0.5mm to 8.0mm.Diamond size SWD:5-120mm, LWD:10-300mm.
6.Steel bar grating - pressure welded, riveted, heavy-duty.Bearing bar height:20mm to 65mm (custom up to 100mm).Hot-DIP galvanized, painted, or bare.Serrated bars available.
We also offer custom punching die making, shearing, flattening, deburring, powder coating (any RAL color), oiling, and PVC coating.We accept OEM and ODM orders.

- 3,000 sqm of hot-DIP galvanized steel grating for a wastewater treatment plant in Texas, USA (bearing bar 30X5mm, serrated surface).
- Stainless steel 304 woven mesh (80 mesh, 0.12mm wire) for chemical filtration shipped to a German industrial filter manufacturer.
- Anti-slip checker plates (4mm raised perforated, hot-DIP galvanized) for offshore wind turbine platforms in the North Sea.
- Corner bead mesh (30X30mm wings, 2.5m length, stainless steel) for a hotel renovation project in Dubai.
